Unfortunately I can no longer dye custom colorways. I do my best work when I am free to express myself solely on my own inspiration.

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping costs depend mainly on two things - the total weight and size of the items ordered and the shipping service that you choose. I do my best to provide the most economical shipping options available. 

When will my order ship?     

My goal is to ship orders in 1-3 business days.  

Do you sell wholesale?     

Valid resellers can apply for a wholesale account here.

Will you reserve listings?

All in stock items are offered on a first come, first serve basis.  

Can you combine the shipping for my orders?

I will gladly combine your orders and refund any overages if you contact me prior to your order being shipped.

Please contact me and I will be happy to adjust your purchase price.

If I purchase yarn from you, will I be charged customs fees?

I am not responsible for any customs fees you may be asked to pay on receipt of your item. Please be advised of your country's Customs Duty policy prior to making a purchase. Items purchased will not be marked as 'gifts' on customs labels to avoid fees because that is illegal.

Where do you buy your yarn? Which dyes do you use?

I have multiple suppliers who source their wool from ethical farmers. However the acid dyes that I use vary and can be commonly found easily.
